1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Revisionbots. By creating an account, browsing our website, starting a free trial, or subscribing to any of our Revisionbots, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately refrain from accessing or using our services.

2. Description of Services

Revisionbots provides an AI-powered revision platform for Singapore students preparing for national examinations, including:

• Socratic AI Revision Tutors: Interactive chat bots calibrated for O-Level Geography, Chemistry, Additional Mathematics, PSLE Mathematics, and PSLE Science.
• Interactive Learning Tools: Dynamic diagnostic quizzes with instant scoring and explanations, landscape revision flashcard generators with PDF export, and curriculum worksheet generators.
• Topic Mastery Analytics: Personal diagnostic dashboards showing revision progress and conceptual feedback.

4. User Accounts & Security

To use our revision features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current account information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each individual subscription is for a single student user and may not be shared across multiple households.
• Promptly notify Revisionbots of any unauthorized use of your account.

For students under 13 years of age (such as PSLE candidates), an account must be created with the guidance and consent of a parent or guardian.

5. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

• Pricing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis in Singapore Dollars (SGD), currently $12.90 SGD/month per individual subject bot, or discounted bundle options as listed on our Pricing Page.
• 30-Day Risk-Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that date.
• Refunds: Payments made after the free trial concludes are generally non-refundable, except where required by Singapore consumer protection laws.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to bypass platform security, access unauthorized data, or probe vulnerabilities.
• Automated scraping, crawling, or extracting platform questions, databases, or content without express written consent.
• Submitting offensive, harassing, obscene, or harmful content to the AI revisionbots.
• Engaging in prompt injection attacks or attempting to manipulate the underlying AI tutors outside of academic revision.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and proprietary tutoring frameworks on Revisionbots are the intellectual property of Revisionbots and its licensors.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the revision materials and tools for personal, non-commercial educational study.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to provide uninterrupted 24/7 service. However, platform access may occasionally be suspended or restricted for scheduled maintenance, updates, or technical emergencies. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Revisionbots and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
